Please find below information for our INKJET plotters which being used for APPAREL CAD/CAM:
1.I'm pleased to inform you that we are quite sucessful for upgrading of two heads PLOTTER, I conclude as followings:
(1)We tested two heads in POPJET1800 PLOTTER, it's easy to adjust data to improve line quality, almost no headache now. POPJET1800 two head PLOTTER can print 183cm mark.
(2)New take-up system printed 40g paper more than 150 meters (one time printing non-stop), no any problem including accuracy and line quality. The rest thing is to modify some software data.
(3)Our new PLOTTER almost no noise, it's very quiet including tak-up bar and motor.------it's perfect.
2.Also, please find our below INKJET technology development which will also be used for our PLOTTER both for one head and two heads:
(1)INKJET head will do cleaning by itself.
(2)New INKJET technology will reduce the possibility to print "DOT LINES"
(3)New INKJET technology has functions: below function will make end user to print paper more than 150 meters but nobody care for machine.
A. In case no ink, PLOTTER will alarm and stop printing,------- save paper, after change new inkcartridge, can print again continously
B. In case "DOT LINES" printed, PLOTTER will alarm and stop------save paper, after problem solved, can print again continously
C. In case ink cartridge damaged, PLOTTER will alarm and stop----save paper, after change new inkcartridge, can print again continously
